Fredrica B. Elder is Of Counsel to Elder & Lewis, P.A. Ms. Elder specializes in dispute resolution of construction disputes. She has served as arbitrator, mediator, court appointed special master and dispute resolution board member in connection with construction disputes for over 20 years.

Ms. Elder has arbitrated over 50 construction-related cases and has mediated construction cases throughout Florida. She is an AV Preeminent attorney rated by Martindate-Hubbell.

Ms. Elder has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988. She received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami in 1988, and she received

her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1972.
