Ms. Lewis received a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.
Kerry H. Lewis is a shareholder and has been with the firm since 1998. Ms. Lewis's practice focuses on the representation of construction clients in all phases of project development. Ms. Lewis has negotiated a wide range of construction contracts and has litigated issues involving bid disputes, delay claims, Eichleay extended general condition claims, payment and performance bond claims, construction liens and lien foreclosure, and professional negligence. Ms. Lewis's services extend to multiple areas of general commercial litigation for her construction clients. Ms. Lewis has significant experience litigating in state and federal court as well as arbitrating before the American Arbitration Association.
